There is always a demand for buprenorphine, and many come especially for it, with the aim of reselling it. On this subject, I spoke with people who drove home one hundred and more tablets at a time. Most of these people use it themselves, and the sale of buprenorphine pays them the cost of the road and provides them a medication. In many countries, it can be sold twice as much. The reason for this is the complex system of treatment of drug addicts and not perfect legislation.  Therefore, many buy a buprenorphine on the street is much easier And cheaper.

 As far as getting medicines that go for sale. To convince the doctor that you need a higher dose is not so difficult. Usually, doctors offer it themselves. In the hope that all patients are treated fairly (and this is far from true). To take medicines from a drugstore too does not make work.
